I would recommend Joe Wayman to anyone desiring to have a new home built. Approximately three years ago, Mr. Wayman built the house I currently live in. I have found his workmanship to be superb quality.

Prior to having my home constructed, I viewed at least ten houses built by Mr. Wayman. Since that time, I have continued to view numerous other homes, all of which have excellent quality and remarkable attention to detail.

Some people may dread beginning construction of a new home due to the obstacles that come with such a project. However, my experience with Mr. Wayman was pleasant and without difficulty. Again, I would like to reiterate that I highly recommend him to someone wanting to build a new home.

After relaying this information to our Realtor, he directed us to a neighborhood where Joe Wayman was building. Joe and Connie had one home under construction that met our time table and while we didn't build this home from the ground up, we found them easy to work with and willing to make changes that we felt would suit our needs. When we decided to move from our previous house because of a growing family, the last thing my wife and I wanted to do was go through building another house. We had been through two new house constructions with mixed results. Joe mentioned to us on a few occasions that he could build us a very nice home for what we would have to pay for one. We continued to look for homes, but decided to talk to Joe in more detail. We have been very pleased that we made that decision.

Joe was really on top of the construction process. We did not have to bring up any concerns because he was on top of addressing them. He had high expectations of the sub-contractors that were working on the house, requiring them to fix work that was not up to his expectations. It was a much different building experience this time around. The previous contractors were difficult to work with, especially in the area of following up after construction is complete. Joe has made sure that al of the needed follow work has been taken care of.
