 Joe Wayman has been building homes and housing units in Jackson County for more than 50 years. He grew up in Brownstown, working on the farm with his father until his brothers convinced him to start a construction business with them. In 1955, they opened Wayman Brothers Construction and began building and fixing things all over Brownstown. In 1974, Joe purchased the business from his brothers and expanded to Seymour.
Today, Joe has built more than 700 homes and apartment units all over Jackson County. He has recently expanded to Columbus and Bartholomew County. Joe uses the finest subcontractors and vendors to deliver the highest quality craftsmanship and materials. Joe’s wife, Connie, works with all clients to customize the interiors of the homes. Together, they work to provide unsurpassed customer service and build magnificent custom homes that are unique to each of their clients.
